Big I CT agents are looking for all of this and more at the Exhibit Hall. The Mid-Year Convention at Aqua Turf in Plantsville is our biggest event of the year. Exhibiting at the convention is an investment in your business and the opportunity to create more relationships with agents. We offer dedicated exhibit time, cash prizes, and networking opportunities (cash bar & lunch) to encourage our agents to visit each and every exhibitor.

Member Exhibit Booth (includes 1 person): $450
Additional Attendees - Members: $105
Non-Member Exhibit Booth (includes 1 person): $750
Additional Attendees - Non-Members: $165
Electricity: $75
Booth Details
What's Included: Booth (10' wide x 8' deep), exhibitor sign, 6' table with cover, side rails and backdrop. You're welcome to bring your own signs, backdrops, etc. as long as all items fit within the confines of your booth.
Setup: After 6:45 AM on Tuesday, November 9th
Exhibit Hall Hours: 7:45 AM - 1:00 PM. Registration includes luncheon at 1:00 PM.
Booth Assignment: Booth assignments will be handed out on Tuesday, November 9th at the registration desk.
