An overview of Commercial Property insurance will begin with what can be covered and the various types of policies that are available.  The Causes of Loss forms, business income and several common inland and ocean marine polies will be covered.

IMPORTANT:
This course is being offered in webinar format over 2 days.  In order to earn CE credit for the course, you must attend both days. 

*If you are planning on taking the optional exam for this course, please select the Book/Exam option when you register.  Exams will not be available for CE.  The one time online exam code will be included with your book and must be administered by either a CPCU or Licensed Manager in your office.* (CURRENTLY WAIVED BY THE INSTITUTES due to COVID)

Cancellation Policy

Per the New York Department of Financial Services, you cannot receive CE credit for any course previously used for your license renewal (based on the course approval number). 
Per the Connecticut Insurance Department, a course can be taken for CE one time in the current license period.  It may be taken again in a subsequent license period.
