This course begins with an overview of ethics and various approaches to ethical decision-making. We will discuss the responsibilities of the insurance producer to prospects and clients, insurance carriers, and to third parties.  Throughout the course, we will discuss various ethical dilemmas insurance producers face and possible solutions.

Completion of this course qualifies for the 1 CE credit for Ethics & Professionalism and 1 CE credit for Laws/Regs mandated by the New York State Department of Financial Services.

Cancellation Policy

Per the New York Department of Financial Services, you cannot receive CE credit for any course previously used for your license renewal (based on the course approval number). 
Per the Connecticut Insurance Department, a course can be taken for CE one time in the current license period.  It may be taken again in a subsequent license period.
