Ethics aren't something that you can teach as effectively as modeling what ethical behavior looks like and "doing life" with others. Ethical leadership is contextual and depends on both relationships and circumstances, thus impactful leadership when it's leveraged appropriately. This course will dispel some of the myths about what ethical leadership is and isn't by dissecting a model called the "Ethical Leadership Triangle".
